What information we collect

We only collect information you provide to us directly or that is strictly needed to run the website. In practice, that means:

When you apply to work with us

When you submit the application form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (including country code)
• Any social media handles you choose to add (Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) — all optional
• Your current monthly revenue range, main niche, and main revenue platform
• Your free-text responses to the "why you'd be a good fit" and "biggest challenge" questions

When you email us

If you email us at any of our published addresses, we receive the content of that email, your email address, and anything else you choose to include.

Automatic information

When you simply visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used only to keep the site running and secure.

We use the following third-party services that may process limited information on our behalf:

• Google Fonts to load typefaces (your browser requests font files from Google)
• jsDelivr and similar content delivery networks to load scripts and styles
• ipapi.co to detect your approximate country on the application form so the phone field shows the right country code by default

These services may briefly see technical information like your IP address. We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling.

Why we collect it

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To read and evaluate your application
• To contact you about your application (by email, phone, or text)
• If we agree to work together, to deliver the services we've agreed
• To reply to your emails and questions
• To keep the website running, secure, and improving
• To comply with our legal obligations

Legal basis for processing (UK/EU)

If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are:

• Consent — when you submit the application form or email us
• Legitimate interest — to run and secure our website and review applications
• Contract — if we go on to work together, to deliver agreed services
• Legal obligation — where we're required by law to retain certain records

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't trade it.

We only share your information:

• With the form and email tools we use to receive and store your application (our processors, under written data-processing terms)
• With specialist professionals (for example, accountants, banks, or tax advisors) we introduce you to — only with your explicit consent, and only if we agree to work together
• If we're legally required to (for example, in response to a valid court order or regulatory request)

How long we keep it

We keep your application for as long as we need it to review it, make a decision, and — if we work together — deliver the services. If we decide not to work together, we'll typically delete your application within 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@veylo.agency.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information secure — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control on our accounts, and sensible operational practices. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Receive your data in a portable format

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. Do not submit an application if you are under 18.

International transfers

Some of the service providers we use (such as font and CDN providers) are based outside the UK or EU. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on the legal safeguards those providers have in place.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was most recently changed. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
